OVERVIEW

This programme is designed to provide in-depth and practical knowledge of business law and how it affects business, accounting, and finance, commercial and corporate environments. It enables participants to enhance the requisite skills and knowledge to practice as commercial lawyers within legal, accounting and other business-related professions. This programme is also suitable for non-lawyers in-charge of business operations at the managerial levels so that they have a good grounding in the legal aspects of those operations.
